Hi Lovelies

We have been nominated by the lovely Vicky from Silk and Boots for the Liebster Award! It’s like a chain letter that’s passed to bloggers with under 200 followers as a chance to find out a bit more about the person behind the blog (or people in our case!) by asking 11 questions about them, which we think is a fab idea.

So here goes…

1. What motivated you to start your blog?

We’ve been reading blogs for a while now and we chatted about it all the time. One day we were chatting away and our mum said ‘why don’t you two start blogging?!’ and we couldn’t give her a reason why we shouldn’t. So here we are!

2. What's your biggest surprise to come from blogging?

I think we both agree that the biggest (and nicest) surprise is how supportive, encouraging and friendly everybody is.

3. What's in your make up bag that you can't live without?

Kate: Under eye concealer to cover up dark circles.

Char: Industrial strength concealer to cover up my blemishes :(

4. What's your signature look?

Kate: Jeans, buttoned up shirt, jumper (optional) and statement necklace with flat shoes.

Char: High rise jeans, with a tshirt or vest tucked in, and a statement necklace. Topped off with a leather jacket!

5. If you could travel anywhere in the world where would it be?

Kate: America - road trip! I recently visited New York and Las Vegas and I want to go back and visit every part of the US!

Char: Thailand - not only because it’s beautiful but also my best friend lives there!

6. Who would your three choices be, dead or alive, non/famous people to have for a dinner party?

Kate: Beyonce, Liam Fray, Victoria Beckham.

Char: Amy Winehouse, Prince Harry, Alan Carr J

7. What's your favourite TV programme?

Kate: Too many! Between Suits, Scandal, Breaking Bad and CSI, I can’t decide!

Char: Either Scandal or Grey’s Anatomy (both written by the same person which might explain that!)

When we were younger and both lived at home, we were slightly obsessed with The OC. We used to talk about them like they were our friends! We’ve grown out of that now.

8. Apart from blogging what else do you like to do in you spare time?

Kate: Shopping, watching TV Programmes (see above), gym, running, holidays, mini holidays, day trips, going out with friends, eating out, watching Pixiwoo video tutorials :).

Char: All of the above, minus gym, plus eating chocolate.

Firstly, you get two for the price of one! As we are sisters who both blog, we don’t always agree, so you get different opinions from us.
